Zareba® Wood Post 5" Extender Insulator - Yellow
Insulators allow you to fasten electrified wire to posts wtihout losing energy through the post.
Our Zareba® Wood Post 5" Extender Insulator - Yellow is designed for low impedance and standard duty fence controllers. It extends electric fence wire 5" away from wood post to protect permanent or damaged fences. One nail installation. Raised ribs bite into the post to prevent insualtor from twisting. Can be used with all fence wire except poly rope. Not for use with polytape or high tensile fencing.
Other features include arcing protections with two large shields to prevent shorting, easy 45 degree front end loading feature to accomodate most wire sizes, and UV protection to resist weathering. 25 yellow insulators per bag.
